As the AWS Marketplace Partner Enablement Manager, your role is to be responsible for accelerating the adoption and usage of AWS Marketplace among channel partners by enabling them to operate effectively as buyers. This role focuses on empowering partners to incorporate AWS Marketplace into their procurement strategy, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to streamline transactions and drive business growth.
The ultimate goal is to position AWS Marketplace as a key revenue driver within the partner ecosystem and support long-term growth through operational excellence, partner engagement, and strategic execution.
Guide partners through the AWS Marketplace registration process and advise on account setup and configuration.
Assist partners in developing and refining internal processes to incorporate AWS Marketplace into their procurement workflows.
Design and implement incentive programs and funding mechanisms to encourage partner adoption of AWS Marketplace.
Promote the benefits of AWS Marketplace to partners, ensuring they fully understand the value proposition for their business.
Collaborate with partner sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to integrate AWS Marketplace into opportunity pipelines, drive revenue, and ensure partner success.
Develop training content and deliver enablement sessions to educate partners on purchasing and utilizing Private Offers through AWS Marketplace.
Drive go-to-market initiatives to accelerate AWS Marketplace adoption by partners and transaction growth.
5+ years of experience in cloud channel programs, partner enablement, or business development.
~ Skilled multi-level relationship builder
~ Experience working with AWS Marketplace or similar B2B marketplaces in a sales or enablement capacity.
~ Understanding of go-to-market strategies in the technology or cloud ecosystem.
~ Business planning experience with strong operational cadence.
~ Strategic planning and business case development.
~ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
