- HR controlling: forescasting and reporting of HC in BPC and coordination with Finance (controlling).
- Answer labor queries from employees and managersManagement of SAP: SF-EC and Time management.
- Management of the Service Catalog (Jira). Maintenance of employee data in the Census and in the finance database.
- Reporting and data for Deloitte and Quality Audits.
- Monitor/arrange time control and enter annual calendars.

- Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Labor Law or equivalent.
- Advanced level of English
- Good command of Excel
- Similar experience in a multinational company preferably
- Knowledge or qualification in ORP.
