Senior Web Software Engineer
Picsart is seeking a Senior Web Software Engineer to empower users and express their creativity through our products.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop functional, performant, and scalable web applications using React.
* Perform performance testing and optimizations for seamless user experience.
* Create reusable React components and develop new user-facing features.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
* Analyze product design complexity, plan workload, and communicate risks effectively.
* Mentor junior and middle team members to foster growth and development.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* At least 4 years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer with expertise in ReactJS, JSS, SASS, PostCSS, and JSX.
* Familiarity with responsive and adaptive web design, single-page applications, and PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and Chrome Performance tools.
* Experience with Redux and RESTful web services is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced proficiency in English.
