At BRANDTY, we are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the commercial strategy for a prestigious luxury real estate development located at Murcia. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the positioning of a high-end brand within the premium real estate segment — with a focus on exceptional client experience and sustainable, long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a results-driven sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Coordinate and execute the commercial plan in collaboration with the Business Development Head.
* Manage the full sales cycle:
from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
* Personally handle key relationships with HNWIs, investors, and partner agencies.
* Represent the brand at international real estate events and luxury forums.
* Ensure optimal use of CRM tools and maintain sales traceability and performance metrics.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (architecture, marketing, after-sales).
* Provide sales performance reports, insights and contribute to the strategic growth of the project.

What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
* Proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing international clients.
* Strong communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (minimum B2/C1).
* Mastery of consultative sales methodologies and long sales cycles.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
Valued
* Experience in real estate developments in golf resorts or tourist destinations.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
* Postgraduate training in Sales Management or Customer Experience.
* Additional languages (French, German, Dutch) are a plus.
* Exposure to luxury segments such as premium hospitality or lifestyle brands.
* Participation in international trade shows and B2B sales experience.
