This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence and strong commercial relationships. /ppIf you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with international stakeholders and combining operations with customer success — this opportunity is for you. /ppbr/ppThe main tasks of the position are: /ppbr/ppThe B2B Customer Success Representative will manage a portfolio of dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, strong relationships and high service levels. /ppbr/ppbCustomer Dealer Management /b /pp• Manage a portfolio of Direct Countries dealers across EMEA /pp • Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned dealers /pp • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service /pp • Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics /ppbr/ppbOrder Management Operations /b /pp• Manage and validate the orderbook for assigned dealers /pp • Perform order entry in SAP (ERP system) /pp • Track and follow up orders, liaising with warehouses and logistics teams /pp • Ensure on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF) /pp • Handle operational issues such as refusals, returns and warranties /pp • Manage proforma processes /ppbr/ppbData Reporting /b /pp• Prepare and maintain customer order databases /pp • Analyze data and performance indicators to support decision-making /pp • Provide reporting on key KPIs and service levels /pp • Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data /ppbr/ppbCross-functional Collaboration /b /pp• Collaborate with Sales teams to support dealer performance and satisfaction /pp • Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve issues /pp • Handle dealer and sales queries efficiently and professionally /ppbr/ppPosition requirements: /ppbr/ppQualifications: /pp• Fluent English and German (mandatory) /pp • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Operations (Retail, FMCG, Fashion or Sports industry preferred) /pp • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and Excel /pp • Strong data orientation and analytical skills /pp • Understanding of sales processes and logistics flows /ppbr/ppCompetences: /pp• Strong customer service mindset /pp • Proactive and solution-oriented /pp • High attention to detail and organizational skills /pp • Strong communication and interpersonal skills /pp • Ability to work cross-functionally /pp • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment /ppbr/ppbPreferred /b /pp• Additional European language is a plus /pp Sounds like you?
