The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, governance, and delivery of initiatives that enhance and evolve the global Salesforce CRM platform.Working within the Delivery team, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and resources. The Project Manager plays a key role in translating business requirements into structured delivery plans and ensuring outcomes align with strategic objectives and ongoing platform capability.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
- Manage scope, schedule, and quality to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Product Owners and Delivery team.
- Facilitate clear communication, status updates, and decision-making across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Implement mitigation strategies to minimise disruption and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional delivery project teams, including business analysts, developers, testers.
- Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate closely with third-party service integrators and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain governance standards, including project documentation, reporting, and compliance with Customer Connect delivery framework.
- Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and adoption of scalable delivery methodologies.
