An opportunity for a A400M MRO Production Control has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the supply of parts and materials (LRUs/HTIs, consumables…) for production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO Program.
Ensuring availability of work orders, parts, and materials, form, and quantity to fulfill the production plan.
Monitoring and following the progress of the production plan.
Defining and implementing optimized logistics flows for supply of components to the line.
Managing and consolidating heterogeneous service activities in the plant.
Ensuring continuous development and implementation of improvement strategy focused on elimination of waste and reduction of costs of non‑quality in service activities.
Ensuring close collaboration/alignment with the overall TAOMA team located in Getafe, Sevilla, Manching and Wunstorf.
Managing & optimizing activities under the scope of production control.
Translating Airbus strategy into a clear set of activities.
Identifying risks and opportunities ensuring operative plan and delivery of the aircraft.
Escalating blocking points and offering alternative solutions.
Promoting collaboration with transverse teams and functions: Operations, Programs, Procurement, Customer Services and others.
Skills
Degree level in Engineering.
Experience in Production/MRO environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, multi‑functional team‑working, flexibility, proactive behavior.
Organized and structured.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
