Responsibilities:
* Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
* Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
* Consolidate and build the customer base.
* Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
* Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
* Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
* Handle customer needs and inquiries.
Requirements
* Language Skills: C2 level of Russian. Good level of English (oral and written).
* Experience: 14 months sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* Able to perform tasks independently with some supervision.
* CRM Skills: proficient CRM experience, comfortable with using CRM software to track customer interactions and assist in sales processes.
* Communication Skills: solid communication skills, able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.
* Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
* Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player.
Specialized Skills for the Russian Market:
* Russian Market Knowledge:
o Understanding of the Russian business culture.
o Knowledge of regional differences within Russia, recognizing the particularities of each area to tailor sales strategies.
o Familiarity with the key sectors of the Russian economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding the specific needs of each industry.
* Russian Communication:
o Ability to communicate with Russian professionals, both in formal and informal settings, adapting the communication style to the context and the interlocutor.
o Understanding of the nuances of Russian business language, using appropriate terminology and avoiding cultural misunderstandings
