As the Europe South Area Delivery Lead, you'll play a critical role in the EMEA Industry Solutions Delivery Leadership Team. This high-impact position involves working closely with Europe South Area Leadership to accelerate our journey to AI-first consulting - driving innovation, empowering teams, and redefining what's possible for our customers. You'll turn global strategy into action delivering transformational technology programs that allow customer to maximise their investments in Microsoft products for the benefit of their business and employees.

Responsibilities
Consulting Leadership Responsibilities
1. Drive Transformational Customer Outcomes & Experience
2. Lead the delivery of complex technology programs from solutioning through to closure, ensuring contracted outcomes and measurable business value are delivered for customers.
3. Drive deal design, coaching teams on processes and leveraging assets, and IP for high-impact engagements.
4. Ensure governance and delivery excellence across the portfolio while balancing customer and Microsoft priorities.
5. Improve customer experience by identifying trends across industries and regions, implementing programmes that enhance processes, organisational design, and resource utilisation.
6. Lead Operational & Financial Delivery
7. Own financial performance for a portfolio of consulting contracts, ensuring the achievement of critical targets such as Commercial Cloud Consumption or usage rates that deliver ROI for the customer and Microsoft
8. Manage P&L for the practice with a focus on Consulting Revenue & Margin, and Utilisation through a disciplined rhythm of business
9. Enable Pipeline Creation & Pre-Sales Success
10. Partner closely with Services Sales to generate pipeline, provide leadership in pre-sales solutioning, and engage with customers to demonstrate delivery credibility and accelerate deal closure.
