Your Responsibilities
- Support and engage with customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
- Promote and sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements
- Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous sales experience (required) preferably in phone-based, B2C, or B2B environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
