Sales Manager Radiology Solutions Iberia
Lead Sales Efforts for Agfa Radiology Solutions in Iberia and Manage Key Accounts in Catalonia and Aragon
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing all direct and indirect sales activities in Iberia. As a key member of the regional management team, this person will provide guidance to the direct and indirect sales team, coordinate and control the sales process, and support the regional management in achieving business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as Single-Point-of-Contact for Regional Management and Assigned Customer Base
* Collaborate on Sales Strategy Development
* Coordinate Local Sales Funnel, Including CRM Data Quality
* Manage Local Sales Forecasting Process
* Coordinate Revenue Results and Recognition
* Support and Coach Sales Team Members
* Create and Execute Account Strategies
* Maintain Excellent Customer Relationships
* Execute Sales Process from Opportunity to Contract
* Ensure Smooth Handover from Sales to Services
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical, Economic, or Technical Field
* Minimum 5 Years of Sales Experience with Value-Added Selling Skills
* Strong Communication and Coaching Abilities, Business Orientation, and Analytical Capabilities
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* Valid Driving License and Willingness to Travel Regularly
