Our core offering is a 24/7 monitored security system that incorporates various sensors (e.G., motion, fire, humidity) connected to a central control panel. These systems are remotely monitored by our security experts around the clock to ensure the safety and protection of our customers.

In addition to our security solutions, we have a dynamic Total Rewards team, responsible for designing and managing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the 20 countries where we operate. Position Overview

The Group Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support the administration, coordination, and execution of programs across multiple countries. This role places a strong emphasis on project and data management, reporting, and analysis to ensure that our Total Rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities Compensation
* Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs.
* Perform compensation benchmarking, analyze market data, and maintain compensation databases with a high degree of accuracy.
* Help manage the annual compensation review processes, including salary increases and bonus allocations.
* Collaborate in the administration of health, wellness, and retirement benefits across multiple regions.
* Stay up to date with benefit trends and regulatory changes to maintain program compliance.
Data Management & Reporting
* Be a key player within the Total Rewards team to back management of compensation and benefits data across 20 countries, ensuring accurate data input, integrity, and regular updates.
* Generate insights from large datasets to support decision‑making processes within the Total Rewards team.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, providing key metrics on compensation and benefits performance.
Compliance
* Support the Total Rewards team to ensure compliance with local, regional, and global compensation and benefits regulations, with a particular focus on European legislation.
* Assist in audit processes and ensure that all compensation and benefits programs adhere to legal requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluency in English is a must;
proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required.
* Relevant experience in consultancy, advisory or in‑house compensation and benefits roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Knowledge of Job Architecture and grading systems is a plus.
* Familiarity with European regulations on compensation and benefits.
* Workday knowledge or exposure is desirable but not essential.
* Experience with HRIS and compensation/benefits management systems is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
* Experience working closely with senior executives and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving organization.
* Strong data management and Excel skills (advanced knowledge required), with experience handling large datasets and reporting.
* Adaptable and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international team.
* Experience in top consulting firms or large companies is desirable.
