Product Marketing Managers are responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of the company's products to customers and prospects. They handle market research on current trending products, establish timelines for upcoming products, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products, and participate in presentations and events. Frequently, product marketing managers serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ within their Business Units, conducting research on consumer needs and experiences.What you will do :
Orchestrate GTM launch activities and deliverables cross-functionally with various stakeholders and deadlines.Lead GTM launch kickoff and go/no-go meetings to ensure organizational readiness.Understand and communicate buyer personas, value propositions, and market fit of the solution portfolio by segment to internal stakeholders, including executives, and externally in the market.Build tools and content to position solutions effectively in the marketplace to generate leads.Conduct market research, including competitive positioning and win/loss analysis.Provide feedback to product teams on market needs to inform product strategy and roadmap.Make recommendations for solution naming, positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.Support product marketing needs across multiple products and solutions within the portfolio concurrently.Provide strategic direction and recommendations for portfolio management.Serve as a mentor to team members to support growth and development.What we are looking for :
Required:
+7 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Product Management, SaaS, and/or B2B roles.Ability to think and communicate strategically.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.Ability to present to and influence an executive audience.Empathy for users and market perspectives.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to coordinate with teams, especially product and sales.Positive, flexible attitude and adaptability to change.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Required:
Bachelor’s Degree.Preferred:
