The Consumer Proximity Specialist for Southern Europe will have a multifaceted role that bridges the gap between technical solutions and business needs, focusing on marketing-related processes.
* Gather and understand requirements from the marketing departments in Southern Europe, ensuring the tech team is aware of business needs.
* Serve as the proximity point of contact for global tech teams to process new business demands and validate regional applications.
* Participate in testing new tech products and services to ensure they meet customer process needs before rollout, managing transitions and helping marketing departments adapt.
* Lead support for local and legacy applications when global solutions do not meet specific business needs.
* Collaborate with the C3 Proximity Lead to share metrics on value adoption and demand evolution.
* Work with other domain Proximity Specialists to ensure a consistent approach across areas.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and marketing departments, ensuring solutions meet business needs and supporting the transition to new systems within the Southern Europe Management Entity.
The role also involves collecting local insights, demands, and feedback, conducting change management activities, deploying global products locally, and engaging Key User communities.
* Capture affiliate needs and specificities through interviews and surveys, analyzing data to propose tailored solutions.
* Act as a liaison for incident management, qualifying incidents and directing them to appropriate teams.
* Manage rollout and change activities for global products, gathering feedback, preparing change plans, and supporting testing and deployment.
* Consolidate metrics and insights to report on the value delivered by products at the affiliate level.
Functional Skills :
* Deep knowledge of the product domain and challenges within the geographical scope.
* Expertise in adoption and change management methods and tools.
* Knowledge of Activation Personalization & Measurement Processes.
* Expertise in Marketing Planning & Effectiveness tools and methodologies.
* Ability to mediate between conflicting demands and perspectives.
* Guide marketing departments through transitions and changes.
* Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
* Mastery of testing and deployment methods and tools.
* Understanding of agile principles and practices.
* Strong collaboration and team spirit.
* Experience in Consumer Data Management (e.g., Nielsen).
* Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and requirements clearly.
* Adaptability to changing business needs and technological advancements.
