Horse Powertrain Limited is an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world‑class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

This role is employed by Horse Powertrain and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
Provide guidance and operational support to local customs teams on import/export processes.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and special regimes (temporary admissions, customs warehouses, etc.).
Act as Customs Coordinator in the Cartography Committee, validating supply chain flows.
Represent customs in Horse projects (ILN Service Mode, Loose Parts and others).
Coordinate customs interactions with Aurobay China for synergy projects.
Serve as the main customs point of contact for Supply Chain teams.
Manage relationships with brokers and freight forwarders.
Support emergency situations and coordinate cross‑functional resolutions.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record of leading customs operations in multinational environments and coordinating complex import/export flows and hands‑on expertise in EU customs regulations (classification, valuation, origin, export control).
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related education.
Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving and coordination skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or French would be an advantage.
