Join our dynamic team as you manage the Chinchilla de Aragón warehouse for SP3!
You will play a crucial role in recording new employees and removing those who are no longer with us. Your day will involve providing technicians with the tools, fixtures, and PPE they need to excel in their roles while ensuring that the annual inspection schedule is supervised effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Coordinates, communicates, and maintains all data and information from the utility warehouse to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective processing and optimized supply with respect to internal customer needs.
2. Ensures information regarding the disposition of goods during transport and the continuous updating of this information to create alternative action options by informing all parties involved in a timely manner.
3. Initiates and coordinates the installation, operation, and return of logistics infrastructure and equipment on-site to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and trouble-free site logistics
4. Reviews tooling status, annual certification, and site needs * Supplies Epi's and tooling to technicians of each SPM
5. Attends to the needs of each SPM in relation to tools and equipment required to carry out scheduled tasks
6. Schedules and communicates equipment reviews of assigned equipment to technicians.
What You Bring
7. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum experience of 2 years of experience in logistics management, warehousing, or a similar position.
8. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software; familiarity with the installation and operation of logistics infrastructure
9. Experience in managing personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools for technicians. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with different departments and stakeholders. Knowledge of regulations and annual certifications related to tools and equipment.
10. Leadership skills to supervise and support technicians and other team members.
11. Ability to identify and resolve logistics issues efficiently, and skill in creating alternative action options in case of problems during the transport of goods.
12. Availability to attend to site needs and perform equipment reviews as necessary. Flexibility to adapt to changes and demands in the logistics environment.
