We need a dedicated champion to nurture these connections both online and in the real world, ensuring every touchpoint feels premium, exclusive, and highly rewarding.
In this role, your time will be split 70% on community management and 30% on influencer relations. You will take full ownership of our exclusive VIP agency community, drive engagement across our Telegram ecosystem, and help strategize high-end offline activations. Telegram Ecosystem & Broadcasting: Manage, moderate, and grow our primary Telegram channels. You'll introduce dynamic formats like Telegram Live sessions to keep our audience informed, engaged, and excited about the INFINNI ecosystem.Develop and manage a gamified points system, exclusive merch drops, and a premium merch shop to incentivize and reward our top community members and influencers.Partner closely with our internal Events Manager to conceptualize and plan high-impact real-life activations, exclusive meetups, and offline experiences that strengthen bonds with our key partners.Influencer Outreach: Identify, reach out to, and onboard niche KOLs and micro-influencers. You will introduce them to INFINNI, strategize on how they can best position our brand, and build relationships with owners of key Telegram communities.You will collaborate closely with Marketing, the Affiliate Manager, and the broader Rev team (Sales, Customer Success, and Support) to ensure all initiatives align with company-wide revenue and growth goals. (Note: You are not handling customer support tickets, but you will ensure community feedback flows smoothly to the Rev team).
Experience: 4+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or partner relations, preferably within the creator economy, SaaS, or agency environment.Deep, practical knowledge of Telegram as a community-building and broadcasting tool, including audio/video features like Telegram Live.Networking & hustle: You know how to craft a compelling cold outreach message, make a strong introduction, and turn a prospect into a brand advocate.Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal).Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills.
