EU - Spain : Marketing Manager
About the role :
STERRY Limited is looking for a Marketing Manager focusing on Europe (particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) in a remote setup. Key qualifications and skills are essential to manage diverse markets and work across various cultures effectively.
Qualifications :
1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration is a plus.
1. Experience
Proven experience in marketing management within a digital marketing agency environment, especially in international markets or with clients in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Europe. Experience working remotely and managing multi-channel, multi-market campaigns is highly desirable.
1. Language Skills
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous, along with understanding local marketing and consumer trends.
1. Technical & Digital Marketing Skills
Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize campaigns is necessary.
1. Cultural Understanding
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and cultural nuances in Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Knowledge of GDPR and other local regulations is important for localization and compliance.
1. Leadership & Communication Skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with remote teams and manage client relationships effectively.
1. Strategy & Analytical Skills
Ability to design marketing strategies aligned with business goals, interpret data, and manage budgets across regions.
1. Adaptability & Flexibility
Capability to work across different time zones and adapt strategies as needed in a dynamic environment.
1. Client Relationship Management
Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, with experience in reporting and providing strategic recommendations.
1. Tools and Platforms Proficiency
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytical tools like Google Analytics. Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, and SEMrush are valuable.
