This executive position will be key in defining and executing the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing multidisciplinary teams in_batch dynamic, multinational, and constantly evolving environment.
Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in line with global objectives.
Lead and manage national sales teams, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with the marketing department to strengthen brand positioning and drive commercial growth.
Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be valued.
Over 8 years of solid experience in commercial leadership, sales, or business development roles within multinational environments.
Track record in developing and implementing growth-oriented commercial strategies.
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
