Overview Westinghouse is seeking a Catalyst Leadership Engineer - Digital and Innovation. The role involves rotating through departments to develop leaders and deliver value across the organization, including Digital Innovation, Strategy & Technology Roadmaps, and Innovation methods and Processes. The two-year program leads to a permanent leadership role within Westinghouse. Location: Madrid only. Reports to the Senior Staff Data Architect.
Key Responsibilities Participate in a series of rotations, lead projects, and deliver value across multiple departments and global locations through planning, communication, and teamwork.
Gain hands-on experience and develop understanding of different departments.
For each rotation/department, understand the strategic direction and how business strategies align with the department's direction.
Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis to propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Develop a foundation of leadership.
Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced digital technologies to improve Westinghouse products, services, and processes, driving innovation for long-term operation and new nuclear builds worldwide.
Upon successful completion, transition into a permanent leadership role within Westinghouse.
Qualifications Hold a Master\'s degree in Engineering and pursuing advanced business education (e.g., MBA or Executive Programme) at a recognized Business School.
Flexibility to relocate based on rotations including international experience such as in the US.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of digital technologies and AI with ability to apply these solutions to create value.
Business-oriented mindset to connect technological capabilities with strategic goals and operational needs.
