**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or company sites; deliver product line specific pre-sales activities
- Prepare and present seminars to wide array of audiences
- Support the organization in the achievement of the regional commercial, service and support goals
- Tackle customer partner concerns optimally through in-depth troubleshooting
- Remain up to date with product and ground-breaking scientific know-how and work in line with our Support & Service Competencies
**Keys to Success**:
**Education**
MSc or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology or related scientific field
**Experience**
- Experienced working with flow cytometry instruments
- Laboratory experience to include expertise in sample preparation, compensation and accurate controls
- Experience in presenting technical materials in written and verbal form
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Customer-facing experience is an asset; good commercial insight and demeanour required
- Strong communication skills; capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contact in English
**Travel**:
- Flexibility to travel throughout area of responsibility (50-75% of the time)
- Valid driving license
