Mission
The General Manager will be in charge of leading all business operations for the Pinnacle division, including commercial (wholesale, retail & digital), marketing, product development and design following the vision of the group executive and ensuring the growth of the business, reinforcing it and guaranteeing its sustainability. This role must drive growth and innovation, aligned with the brand ́s values and vision. This role will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive and effective and serve as brand ambassadors internally and externally.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with CEO and CFO to establish and drive brand vision, business plan strategy and hiring levels.
* Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing goal setting, performance management, and business plan execution planning across the organization.
* Ensure hiring, incorporation, professional development, performance management and talent retention.
* Oversee sales and develop business initiatives in partnership with the CEO so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for long-medium and short-term growth objectives.
* Manage financial management, including budgeting, forecasting ensuring the business is operating within budget constraints.
* Monitor performance, take corrective action when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, including the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, customers, partners and stakeholders.
* Play a critical role in business development, including identifying new business opportunities, creating partnerships, and expanding the company's reach.
The areas of responsibility under the direct supervision of the General Manager are:
Business Strategy:
* Develop and implement the company strategy and establish clear KPIs.
* Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
* Manage budgets and resources to maximize productivity and financial results.
* Represent the company at public and business events, being the main brand ambassador.
Direct and Develop a Commercial, Marketing and Product Team:
* Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of employees to achieve objectives and ensure that they are committed and developed professionally by creating a highly inclusive culture that ensures that team members can thrive and the organization's objectives are met.
* Define and implement an ambitious business development plan acting first line in the relationship with key clients to ensure the good reception of the brand and the development of important businesses that drive growth.
* Establish clear goals and continually evaluate team performance.
* Motivate and guide collaborators to achieve and exceed sales objectives and
* marketing.
* Coordinate marketing and product development efforts to align with brand objectives.
* Inspire and motivate teams to pursue cutting-edge ideas that are innovative and originals on the market, investigating functional criteria for the product and outlining areas of innovation.
Partnership with the all company departments :
* Communicate effectively with corporate teams to ensure strategic alignment.
* Find and use resources and support from departments such as finance, human resources and logistics to optimize operations within the pinnacle division.
* Facilitate the implementation of global initiatives in the Pinnacle division ́s environment.

Required Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
* Minimum of 5 years experience in senior management roles within the fashion sector.
* Fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage.
* Evidence of success in P&L management and implementation of business strategies.
