Today, we are supporting Hadrena, a leading player in cultural entertainment in Europe, in recruiting a Senior Community Manager for an exciting immersive exhibition project in Barcelona.

Main objective : We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to lead and execute the digital strategy for a major immersive exhibition in Barcelona. The objective? Engage the local and international community, generate traffic and raise awareness of the event on social networks.
Contract: Freelance - 12 months / Part-time
Responsibilities : Community engagement & Targeted audience strategies
Develop and implement a community engagement strategy tailored to the exhibition and its diverse audiences across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
Foster meaningful interactions with visitors
Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and manage visitor feedback professionally
Adapt messaging to effectively reach both tourists visiting BCN and local audiences (families, friends, people interested in nature, travel..)
Build partnerships with local influencers and specialized media to amplify the event's reach.
Content creation & Social media management
Design and execute a content strategy aligned with cultural industry trends
Capture photos and videos on site on a weekly basis
Create and schedule engaging, high-quality content related to the exhibition (posts, videos, stories, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes, educational content, etc.)
Develop a content calendar aligned with key exhibition milestones (pre opening, on sale, now open, last chance..)
Ensure all communication resonates with BCN's cultural and creative industries while also being engaging for a family audience
Analytics & Performance tracking
Track and report on engagement metrics and audience insights to improve engagement
Adjust strategies based on data to optimize community growth and reach specific audience segments (industry professionals, local communities, and families).
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in community management
Experience in managing social media and digital campaigns for cultural events, museums, exhibitions, or creative projects.
Deep knowledge of BCN's cultural and creative industries, as well as experience engaging local communities and families.
Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling techniques
Ability to create content that appeals to both tourists and local audiences
