Area Account Manager (based in Barcelona, Spain)

We are looking for an Area Account Manager to drive business in Spain, preferably based in the Barcelona area. This role involves working with top-quality products and developing business with the most important integrators and installers in the area. Candidates should have experience working with integrators mainly from the security market.
Job Description
* Execution of sales activities with installers and integrators in Spain.
* Creation of strategies to develop current partners and attract new ones.
* Cooperation with partners on projects for end customers.
* Negotiation with partners and distributors to sell company products.
* Training of partners to support business growth.
* Analysis of business and market trends, with internal reporting.
* Active participation in shaping the business strategy for the country.
* Attraction of new architects, engineering companies, and developers.
* Presentation of the product portfolio and representation of the 2N brand.
* Cooperation on product marketing activities.
* Attendance at expositions and fairs.
Qualifications
* Strong inner motivation and the desire to achieve goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Capability to interact with C-level decision makers.
* Experience in the area of security, mainly in access control.
* Be able to design the proposal, select the most suitable products, interconnect/integrate them, highlight their benefits, in order to offer best solution to the customer.
* Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally).
* Excellent command of Spanish (native speaker).
* Medium-high knowledge of English for communication with colleagues in Prague and other countries.
* Used to work in a distribution channel network.
Nice to have
* Catalonian Language is a plus.
* Technical background.
* Experience in intercom solutions and electrical market is an advantage.
* High school or university degree in technical areas is an advantage.
* Knowledge of another world language is welcomed.
