Freelance End-to-End Business Analyst & Integration specialist
to support
CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) deployments integrated with Oracle
across services operations. This is a
hands-on delivery role
within a global transformation programme, working closely with business stakeholders, IT, and transformation leadership.
Your Role You will take ownership of CPQ-related requirements and integrations
from business need through to technical delivery and go-live, ensuring seamless alignment between services processes and Oracle systems. You’ll operate within a structured transformation framework, contributing to country or stream-level deployments under central programme governance.
Key Responsibilities Lead
end-to-end business analysis
for CPQ initiatives within Services Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across: Pricing Configuration Quotation Service execution handover Translate business needs into
functional specifications
for Oracle CPQ Design and validate
system integrations
between CPQ, Oracle ERP, CRM, and downstream execution systems Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams Ensure solutions align with global standards while accommodating local market needs
Required Experience Proven experience as a
Business Analyst on CPQ implementations Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP integrations End-to-end delivery exposure: requirements → build → test → go-live Experience working in
services, industrial, or complex B2B environments Ability to work autonomously in a
fast-paced, multi-stakeholder transformation Nice to Have Experience in large-scale
general or multi-country deployments Exposure to Services digital transformation programmes Understanding of pricing engines, configuration rules, and quote-to-cash flows
Key Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Excellent stakeholder communication skills Comfortable operating between business and technical teams Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Fluent in English
