THE ROLEJoin our HR Team at our location in Alcala de Henares. We are responsible for designing, deploying, and executing HR capabilities in areas such as HR operations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, and Communications. The role reports to the HR Director EMEA and collaborates closely with country and local HR managers to adapt processes and standards to local employee groups, balancing global standards with local norms.
We are seeking an HR Manager - Iberia (m/f/d) to strengthen our HR team in the IBERIA region, with the following responsibilities:
Lead the HR function for the IBERIA region, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement and conflict resolution.
Oversee and implement the organizational structure across departments in the Iberia region.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in shared services, including establishing and managing service centers, with a focus on HR services.
Several years in a leading HR management role, focusing on HR operations and services.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and labor relations.
Experience in a multinational company with complex structures.
Knowledge of HR Transformation and Change Management.
Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate change effectively.
