Position: Clinical Research Monitor - Rheumatology Research Group
VHIR seeks a self-motivated individual with experience in clinical research and/or clinical trial data monitoring. The role involves supporting clinical research activities, monitoring data quality, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science
Experience and Skills:
* Over 4 years of experience in clinical research or data monitoring
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
* Experience working with human study participants
* Knowledge of auditing, good clinical practice, and regulatory requirements (including data protection)
* Fluency in spoken and written English
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting development of CRFs and variable dictionaries
* Coordinating clinical monitoring processes in line with good clinical practice and regulations
* Training and supporting research personnel at collaborating sites
* Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
* Monitoring project status and reporting issues
* Addressing regulatory and protocol implementation problems
* Interfacing with investigators, staff, and management
* Traveling to sites as needed
Labour Conditions:
* Full-time position, 40 hours/week
