BOOKING MANAGER

Secure diverse performance opportunities for ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON artists and DJs across clubs, festivals, private events, and international engagements.
Client Relationship Management:
Master booking negotiations, meticulously handling contract terms and all logistical details.
Contribute to shaping and curating the ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON roster by identifying and attracting talent aligned with our brand's artistic direction.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and CMO to ensure all bookings are strategically aligned with our overarching brand vision.
Oversee and meticulously coordinate all travel, hospitality, and performance logistics for booked talent.
Promotion & Brand Alignment:
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all bookings align seamlessly with ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON’s core values, culture, and brand image.
Database & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all booking activity, generated income, and performance feedback.
You retain the freedom to accept or decline these additional roles, and your decision will not impact your performance review.
As Booking Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CMO and Creative Director to ensure bookings strategically advance artist development and branding goals. You will also liaise regularly with the COO and CEO, reporting on performance and contributing to strategic operational improvements.
Performance-Based Compensation Only:
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
Proven experience in artist booking or talent management, specifically within the DJ or music industry.
Familiarity with CRM/database systems for managing bookings and contacts.
While no formal degree is strictly required, extensive and relevant experience in music, events, or entertainment is essential.
