We’re looking for a Product Designer, Research who thrives on curiosity, empathy, and evidence-based design.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end user research to uncover deep insights about scientists, clinicians, and data teams.
- Translate findings into actionable design strategies and product decisions.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to shape user journeys and prototypes.
- Champion human-centered design across our AI and biotech ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in UX research or research-driven design.
- Skilled in qualitative & quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable with data-heavy, technical, or scientific interfaces.
