The platform involves SW Developers and Data Scientists who manage more than 100 microservices it has. They use Kubernetes and the Cloud is from Google and Amazon.
Responsibilities
* building and leading a multidisciplined squad of 3-8 people.
* ensuring that your squad has everything it needs to provide the best execution.
* involved in hiring, coaching, and doing technical feedback.
* helping to maximise the impact of the Squad, working next to the POs, Technical Leads, and Engineers.
Qualifications
* great background in development
* +3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Leadership role in a Product environment
* experience making both technical and product-related decisions (architecture, solutions, strategies..)
* outcome-oriented mindset, excellent communication and leadership skills
* fluent level of English and Spanish
