The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of all marketing efforts — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution and ongoing optimization. You'll lead both paid and organic growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition and conversion across different channels.
* Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Web2App flows and paid media platforms.
* Collaborate closely with our Product Manager to ensure alignment between acquisition and revenue.
* Owning CAC as your North Star metric, focusing on acquiring users who convert and monetize well.
* Boost organic growth through effective ASO and continuous SEO improvements on our website and blog.
* Identify and collaborate with external partners to expand our reach and enhance execution.
