**The Role**
As a Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager for Iberia and UK, you will be responsible for:
1. **Client Management**: Regularly meeting with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relation.
2. **Team Leadership for up to 300 people**: Supporting and engaging employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.
3. **P&L;, Profit and Budgeting**: Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and allocating resources effectively to meet company targets.
You’ll also help align global strategies with local teams, ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.
**About You**
- 5+ years of experience managing contact centers or customer satisfaction projects (automotive experience is a plus).
- Strong background in team management (teams at least up to 50 people).
- Expertise in process improvement and lean methods.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1/native) and English (C1/business level).
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
- You have relevant experience as a PM in automotive industry, a certification in Project Management (COPC or similar) is a plus.
