Support and request handling technician

Responsibilities
- Provide second‑level support for incidents and requests related to information security
- Serve as a coordination point between the Group’s technical and functional areas
- Deliver effective and well‑documented responses in accordance with established procedures
Qualifications
- Vocational training graduates with an interest in cybersecurity
- Previous experience and knowledge in Systems and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of defining security procedures (access management, information classification procedures, backup management, etc.)
- English level B2/C1
- ISO 27001 LA certification (preferred)
