We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security GRC Specialist to join our team.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAs a ISO, these tasks include:- Lead the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity governance.- Implement and manage cybersecurity processes such us Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, etc.- Follow up on security findings and ensure timely remediation actions are implemented.- Work closely with European teams to ensure adherence to application security requirements.- Support the documentation and communication of governance processes and security policies.- Participate in regular reviews and updates of security controls and standards.- Provide assistance to the regional ISO in compliance monitoring, risk management, and reporting efforts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and recommend improvements.- Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and best practices to contribute to the ongoing improvement of security governance.QualificationEducation- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field of study.Languages:- English mandatory- German knowledge is desirableRequirements and ExperienceKey Skills & Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in CyberSecurity- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.- Knowledge of information security standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and project management skills.- Fluent in English;
