What you'll do :
* Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English and Spanish ; via phone and email, to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.
What we offer :
* On-the-job training included in your contract. Start day : July 14th.
* Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category + language bonus (€22.500 gross per year).
* Full-time contract (39hs) with a schedule from 10am - 7pm.
* Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off!
* Hybrid modality : On-site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and 2 days per week.
What we need :
* Native or bilingual level in Portuguese .
* Advanced English and Spanish.
* Experience in technical support, ideally within the technology sector due to the nature of the terminology used (automotive experience is not mandatory).
* Experience with social media is a plus.
* Residence in Madridis mandatory (or willing to relocate).
