HSE Manager
brYour role will encompass
brTake overall responsibility for the Health, Safety, and Environmental performance of the project, ensuring the safety of all employees, contractors, and third parties working on site.
brLead and manage the site HSE team, including HSE supervisors and officers, ensuring effective implementation of HSE procedures and company standards.
brDevelop, implement, and enforce project HSE strategies, procedures, and policies, ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental protection are maintained.
brProvide strategic HSE leadership across all construction activities, ensuring operations comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. HSE Supervisor
brCoordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all phases of project execution.
brOversee HSE inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively and promptly.
brLead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
brEnsure full compliance with local legislation, operating permits, environmental approvals, and regulatory safety requirements. HSE Supervisor
brMonitor contractor HSE performance, ensuring subcontractors comply with project safety requirements and international standards.
brEnsure accurate maintenance of HSE documentation, reports, and records, in line with legal and company requirements.
brProvide regular reporting to senior management on project HSE performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
brPromote a strong safety culture across the project, ensuring all personnel understand and adhere to company HSE policies.
brWhat you bring to the role
br~ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. HSE Supervisor
br~5+ years of HSE experience within construction, energy, or industrial projects, including leadership responsibilities.
br~ Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure, energy, or solar projects.
br~ Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, regulations, and industry standards. HSE Supervisor
br~ Experience managing HSE teams and coordinating with international contractors and stakeholders.
br~ Electrical Work Certification and HSE Certification required. HSE Supervisor
br~ Familiarity with QHSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 9001). HSE Supervisor
br~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools. HSE Supervisor
br~ Fluent in English, with the ability to prepare HSE documentation and reports. HSE Supervisor
br~ Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
