Brand Specialist / Account Manager (Italian) – Remote in Romania
Position is fully remote within Romania. Relocation required for candidates outside Romania.
About the Role
As a Brand Specialist in Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), you will help shape and deliver strategies for managing AVS vendors, interface with internal leaders, and optimize vendor performance across merchandising, inventory, finance, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Measure performance of internal teams and impact of vendors on customer experience.
* Partner with Retail Category Team and champion vendor needs at Amazon.
* Build strong communication channels, set expectations, and manage growth plans.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans with key business opportunities and KPIs.
* Improve operational aspects of vendor business to enhance consumer experience.
* Conduct deep‑dive analysis of vendor issues, publish recommendations, and develop action plans.
* Provide thought leadership on planning, roadmaps, and execution.
* Establish long‑term partnerships with key vendor partners.
* Support launches of new programs, categories, and features.
* Conduct regular WBR/MBR with vendors, highlight metrics, and build action plans.
* Operate in a fast‑moving, sometimes ambiguous environment with full control over business objectives.
* Develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical or challenging situations.
* Demonstrate active listening, consultative, and solution‑oriented skills.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Advanced level of English and minimum B2 level for Italian (C1 preferred).
* 3+ years of relevant experience in Vendor management, Sales, Post‑Sales, Account Management, or Business Development in B2B.
* Proven analytical skills and ability to manage business "by the numbers".
* Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in teams and deliver results with high standards.
* Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in e‑commerce, retail, or advertising.
* Knowledge of SQL and Excel.
* Lean Six Sigma certification.
