TASKS
Lead project cost control activities during the construction phase of wind projects, including budget analysis, cost tracking, forecasting, and final cost reporting.
Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, ensuring alignment with construction progress, contractual milestones, and site realities.
Monitor and analyze cost deviations versus budget, identifying root causes, risks, and opportunities.
Actively support contract and claim management activities, including:
Assisting in the preparation, calculation, and substantiation of claims.
Supporting the preparation and tracking of daily claims, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact assessment.
Review and validate contractors’ invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, approved variations, and achieved milestones.
Administrative tasks such as: purchase requisition creations, vendors upload, all site related requirements.
Track, quantify, and contractually document variations, extra works, and scope changes with our subcontractors, ensuring timely approval and accurate reflection in cost forecasts and claims.
Coordinate closely with site management, project management, procurement, planning, and legal teams to ensure consistency between contractual, technical, and financial aspects of the project.
Participate in project close‑out activities, including final account negotiations, cost reconciliation, and contractual settlement.
YOUR PROFILE
Engineering with interest in project financial‑contractual management, or other qualification with experience in this role.
Advanced level of Excel, SAP desirable.
High level of English.
Available and interested in a temporary contract. xpzdshu
Availability to travel to project sites mainly located in Spain throughout the construction phase of the project.
