This strategic role involves proposing financial solutions, developing business cases, and managing complex negotiations to promote the adoption of premium technologies. The Account Manager will engage key stakeholders to secure successful outcomes and foster long-term partnerships with high-impact customers.If you are passionate about healthcare products and eager to establish a reputation in the Joint Replacement & Robotic product marketspace, this is your chance!Your key responsibilities :
Manage the sales cycle as Account Executive Mako by guiding cross-functional teams and overseeing post-sale installation and training activities at customer sites in Iberica.Collaborate with local implant teams, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital administration to advance accounts through the sales process of differential technology over $1,000,000.Drive sales through both budgeted and off-budget processes, effectively managing stakeholders throughout.Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with prospective and existing customers, leveraging these relationships to generate recurrent sales.Cultivate new sales opportunities with the Mako Sales Director and manage leads generated by the company.Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a robust sales pipeline.Inform customers about new product and service introductions, pricing, and contribute to new product planning internally.Provide timely reports on key account activities, forecasts, and other required documentation.Attend sales training, trade shows, and events to promote and increase visibility of the company’s products.Translate market data and financial opportunities into compelling value propositions for customers.Promote surgeon validation labs and roadshows with the clinical support team to advance surgeons through clinical validation stages.Partner effectively with internal teams and marketing to build a comprehensive robotics program pre- and post-installation.What are we looking for?Required :
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, health sciences, business administration, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in capital sales.Proven negotiation skills at decision-making levels.Excellent presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).Preferred :
Experience in MedTech and Orthopedics is highly advantageous.Experience selling to C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO) with understanding of hospital financial operations.Ability to translate clinical benefits into economic value and familiarity with financial selling tools.Experience working within complex matrix organizations.Territory:
