8+ years’ experience in HR consulting, executive recruitment, or B2B advisory roles.
Proven commercial success in business acquisition, negotiation, and key account growth.
Demonstrated capacity to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial energy, analytical acuity, and creativity.
Genuine interest in HR transformation and a desire to specialize in building consulting solutions that strengthen organizations.
