Your mission

Position Summary & Goal

Provides support in financial and accounting management, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy in financial reports, and proper administration of payments and revenues. The person will also be responsible for preparing financial and administrative documentation required for tenders, monitoring, identifying, and managing this part of the bidding process in close collaboration with the Sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

Financial and Accounting Management :

* Maintain and update financial and accounting databases.
* Perform bank account reviews and reconciliations.
* Process and execute invoice payments.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Prepare financial reports and monthly billing statements.
* Oversee intercompany accounts and prepare quarterly VAT reports.
* Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audits.
* Check and confirm the monthly invoicing of the travel agency by reviewing delivery notes of all trips in collaboration with Sales and Service.

Tenders (Sales & Service) :

* Monitor the WeTender-Acobur platform daily for tenders and identify relevant opportunities. When suitable tenders are found, send the information and project link to the relevant managers.
* Manage the tenders we participate in and those we win.
* Maintain an updated list of certificates for public tenders and share with relevant departments.
* Annually process certificates of supplies and maintenance performed at public and private clients for technical solvency purposes.
* Prepare required documents for tenders, such as technical and financial solvency certificates.
* Archive all related documentation systematically.

Your profile

Education :

* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Experience :

* Minimum of 2 years in financial and accounting management & administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with audits and tax reporting.
* Experience with ERP and financial software.
* Experience in preparing and managing documents for public tenders, preferably in the Medical field, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Effective teamwork and interdepartmental coordination.
* Clear and professional communication with Sales and other departments.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Problem-solving skills.
