As a Facilities Project Management Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across a network of the Pepe Jeans stores, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and acting as a liaison between stores, suppliers, and the Store Design team. Manage store openings and closures, ensuring operational continuity and budget control.
What will the role entail?
* Manage maintenance of 80 stores, offices and showrooms through a digital platform, coordinating incidents and requests.
* Act as communication bridge between stores and maintenance suppliers
* Coordinate all services related to store closures and openings (installations, signage, furniture, technical services)
* Prioritize and follow up on work orders based on urgency and business impact
* Manage maintenance budgets and validate supplier invoices
* Collaborate with Store Design, Operations, VM, Product, Finance & Legal teams on store projects

Qualifications
* 2-4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or supplier management (retail is a plus).
* Fluency in Spanish, Advanced level (min. C1) of English. Other languages will be valued.
* Basic understanding of construction systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.
