We’re not looking for just a marketer.
We’re looking for a growth strategist who can take Review Collect and turn it into the most desirable SaaS in our market .
Today, 80% of our pipeline comes from outbound .
Your mission: build a predictable inbound growth engine that drives a continuous flow of qualified leads and scale Review Collect from €500K ARR → €10M ARR .
You get full ownership .
You’ll have total freedom to create, test, and scale.
But impact and results are the only KPIs that matter.
Your Responsibilities
1. Make Review Collect Irresistible (40%)
* Define product positioning and find the angles that trigger conversions
* Craft high-impact messaging, killer hooks, and conversion-driven assets
* Design landing pages, ads, and funnels that outperform benchmarks
* Elevate our storytelling across website, campaigns, videos, and decks
2. Scale Paid Acquisition Across Multiple Markets (35%)
* Manage and scale multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
* Launch high-performing campaigns across several countries
* Continuously test angles, creatives, audiences, and funnels
* Hit aggressive goals: ROAS > 4x and CAC payback < 3 months
3. Build the Inbound Engine (25%)
* Develop a SEO + content strategy to massively grow organic traffic
* Produce case studies, guides, videos, and high-value content
* Build a predictable lead generation system
* Work closely with the founders to create a global demand engine
(Automation, SQL, and growth stack are fully managed internally → your focus is marketing, scale, and ROI .)
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
* 5+ years in Growth Marketing within a SaaS B2B environment
* Proven track record of:
* Turning a SaaS product into a best-selling online success
* Scaling large paid acquisition campaigns with strong ROAS
* Driving significant organic traffic growth
* Running multi-country acquisition campaigns successfully
* Strong expertise in copywriting, positioning, packaging, and conversion
* Skilled at creating high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets
* Fluent English mandatory
