What You’ll Do
Develops and reviews the long‑range supply plan (24 months to 5 years)
Develops and reviews the mid/long‑term plans for Master Production Schedule (MPS), Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Deployment Requirements Planning (DRP) for 6–24 months for the region
Reviews the supply network identify constraints and under‑utilizations, proposes expansion or contraction needs, and communicates the findings to the SC leadership
Supports inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow‑movers, and monitoring obsoletes; identifies finished‑goods requirements in the markets and proposes allocation based on business priority
Identifies and supports continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance planning performance; provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP;)
Collaborates with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to secure and improve supply
What Makes You a Good Fit
Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain; Master’s degree preferred
4–5 years of experience related to supply chain or material planning
Fluent in English and other valuable languages
Digital native with experience in advanced planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Team player with motivation to grow in a supply chain team
