OVERVIEW :
As a Senior Identity Management Expert, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions across our global technology landscape. You will be part of the Information Security team and report directly to the Head of Security Advisory. The Identity Management team will include two Senior Experts in total.
Your mission is to ensure that identity services are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated into our infrastructure, while supporting the development of governance frameworks and compliance controls. From implementing authentication protocols to guiding identity lifecycle policies, your expertise will help us maintain a secure and user-friendly access environment.
You will collaborate with engineering teams, infrastructure leads, security architects, and external vendors to ensure IAM capabilities are aligned with business needs and industry standards.
THE CHALLENGE :
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Driving the technical implementation and continuous optimization of identity services, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and FGA.
2. Designing and integrating authentication solutions using protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SCIM with tools like Auth0, Entra ID, and others.
3. Providing advanced support for internal systems and platform teams in complex IAM integrations, including custom user provisioning via APIs, automation workflows, and SCIM.
4. Developing and enforcing IAM governance policies covering identity lifecycle, access reviews, SoD, and recertification.
5. Contributing to the IAM roadmap, aligning it with security policies and regulatory frameworks like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
6. Creating documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational playbooks for identity services.
7. Partnering with Security Operations and GRC teams to perform risk assessments and audits of IAM controls.
8. Supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) practices and integration.
9. Acting as SME for audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews related to IAM.
10. Providing training and awareness on IAM processes and tools to stakeholders.
11. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on IAM system performance and security events.
YOUR PROFILE :
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM, including governance and technical implementation.
* Strong experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
* Proficient with protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs.
* Solid scripting/automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar.
* Experience with IGA solutions, onboarding/offboarding, role modeling, SoD, and recertification.
* Knowledge of identity-related regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
The minimum monthly salary is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement; overpayment will be considered based on qualifications and experience.
