# **Catalog Manager*** *Location: Barcelona (Hybrid: 3 days at the office, 2 days from home)*## ***About the job*****:** ### **Main responsibilities:*** Own and manage the comprehensive catalog of job roles and skills in Workday.* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the job catalog aligns with strategic goals and organizational needs.* Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in job roles and skills cataloging.* Develop and refine classification systems to accurately categorize job roles and skills.* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.* Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of the job catalog.* Monitor the effectiveness of the job catalog and recommend enhancements for future iterations.* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cataloging methodologies. ### *About you** Education:Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.* Experience:5+ years of experience in similar position.* Workday Pro HCM Certification required.* Experience in job catalog development and management, preferably in a corporate setting.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
