Tempe is the footwear and accessories division of the Inditex Group, located in Alicante with over 2000 professionals of various nationalities. The Group's brands, including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Zara Home, Oysho, and Stradivarius, are represented within Tempe, each with its own Design, Manufacturing, Buying, Product, and Distribution teams.
The role involves defining, planning, and executing the online commercial strategy for the season across international markets and assigned lines. This includes selecting products and setting directives for commercial, distribution, and communication strategies to meet established objectives.
1. Provide necessary information and content for the press minisite and showrooms to promote products.
2. Define the product image for each campaign, including presentation, looks, and details in collaboration with the Image team.
3. Assess and select products suitable for international markets, identifying specific gaps or needs.
4. Plan and execute the product's commercial strategy, including lifecycle management, collection updates, cross-selling coordination, and special content inclusion.
5. Determine the timing and quantity of merchandise for online stock, including initial roll-out in international markets.
6. Ensure the availability and quality of content such as graphics, descriptions, translations, and product details.
7. Propose comprehensive communication plans across various channels, coordinating graphic material development for marketing activities.
8. Generate web metric analyses to identify product and merchandising needs, providing insights for business areas.
Academic training:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or similar.
* Master's or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management, or Marketing; qualifications in fashion are highly regarded.
Specific knowledge:
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of fashion trends.
* Experience in Sales and Marketing.
* Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics or Marketplaces is highly advantageous.
