Senior Marketing Manager, Product ComplianceSellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem, helping us deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers provide hundreds of millions of unique products across diverse categories such as Books, Electronics, Apparel, and Consumables. Our goal is to build a global marketplace that enables Sellers to list and make their products available worldwide while optimizing inventory placement across multiple countries.With new legislation and evolving compliance requirements in Europe, Amazon has taken a leading role in supporting Selling Partners through education, offering appropriate solutions, and acting in cases of non-compliance. This role manages high-impact programs that enable Amazon Selling Partners to comply with product regulations in the EU. Responsibilities include driving product adoption, communicating with selling partners, providing insights for product improvement, creating marketing assets, and defining channel strategies.Key job responsibilitiesLead marketing efforts for programs supporting Sellers in growing their business by reducing friction related to product compliance regulations. Develop tailored support based on a Seller’s growth stage (pre-launch, post-launch, compliance service adoption, etc.). Collaborate with stakeholders from business, product, tax, and legal teams to translate compliance requirements into a communication roadmap that raises proactive awareness among Sellers. Responsibilities include media asset development, communication strategy, tracking, attribution, and establishing success metrics.Work closely with central Product and other Program teams within EU Compliance to ensure a seamless experience for Sellers.Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to promote program adoption and increase market share through programs, education, and shared goals.Manage multiple third-party stakeholders to prioritize efforts and maximize business impact.Participate in cross-functional projects with European business teams.Create and organize all materials into a searchable, accessible wireframe, with flexibility for new programs.Minimum qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Experience in professional marketing, including developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience managing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages.Ability to lead and align large cross-functional teams and agency partners.Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic, global partners.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
