Every Tuesday (weekly onsite visit)1 yearThe engineer will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end users, covering complex issues, hardware / software maintenance, and ensuring high user satisfaction.Deliver L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsDiagnose and resolve advanced technical issues escalated from L2Install, configure, and maintain OS, applications, and updatesPerform root cause analysis on recurring problemsTroubleshoot Windows and Mac computers (break / fix)Resolve network connectivity issues (LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)Collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and new deploymentsMaintain records in the ticketing systemProvide remote support to field or home-based usersEnsure compliance with IT policies and security standardsPerform routine maintenance and system inspectionsBuild positive relationships to enhance user satisfactionAssociate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceStrong advanced troubleshooting and technical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesLanguage requirement :
