THE ROLE
We are looking for a Brand manager to join our Marketing team. This role is strategic, execution-focused, and market-oriented, responsible for translating global brand strategy into impactful local execution in close collaboration with centralized expert teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:

* Adapt global brand strategy to local market needs
* Ensure brand consistency and local relevance
* Consumer & Customer Centricity
* Develop local consumers, customers, and channel insights
* Identify market-specific growth opportunities
* Execution Excellence
* Lead best-in-class execution of global and regional plans
* Ensure excellence at point of sale and commercial execution
* Channel & Customer Planning
* Develop and execute channel and key customer plans
* Drive execution across channels
* Budget & Performance
* Manage A&CP budget and track ROI
* Provide pricing recommendations
* Owned & Earned Media
* Lead locally relevant PR, influencer, and education initiatives
* Amplify global campaigns through local channels
* People & Collaboration
* Collaborate with Sales and central expert teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or similar
* Experience in brand marketing with strong execution focus
* Analytical, commercial, and results-oriented mindset
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills
* Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
